Many swag store companies require you to build the store yourself, take month to get your store live, or charge an arm and a leg for a swag store. Merchloop has been carefully crafted to ensure a quick and seamless experience without breaking the bank. In just a few steps, we can get started on your store! Here's how we do it:

 

Step 1: Send us your logo & brand kit (or just your brand colors)

  • To kick it off, we need a high-resolution logo/s. If your company has multiple logos or multiple logo The best format for printing, embroidery and most decoration methods will be vector (.ai, .eps or .pdf). This format allows us to scale your logo and adapt it to any product.
  • Next, we would love to see your brand kit. This helps us determine what products and product colors fit best within your brand guidelines. Your brand kit will typically have other information like logo usage, etc. that we want to make sure we're abiding by!

 

Step 2: Pick products, store tier & swag store templates

  • Our comprehensive catalog, made of up over 10,000 products, has just about anything your team could want for your employee swag store. You can pick as many or as few products as you'd like to launch your store. We also have popular product packs that you can use to streamline the product picking process.
  • Next, you'll need to select the Merchloop store tier you'd like to utilize. We have 3 tiers: Lite, Plus, and Enterprise. The tier you choose will depend on the size of your company, custom needs, and a few other factors, but our most common store tier is Merchloop Plus. Merchloop Lite is a free option - seriously, it's free to use - and we can launch a free store within 2 weeks or less.
  • Depending on the tier you choose, you'll also need to select a swag store template. We have a few different user-friendly, modern templates for each tier to choose from. Select your template and we'll do the rest.

 

Step 3: Kick back and relax - we'll build and manage your store for you!

  • Our goal is to make purchasing swag for your team as simple as possible. Our swag stores are the tool to make that happen! So you just kick back, relax and we'll have the first iteration of your store to you within 2 weeks - no upfront commitment necessary. If you don't like the look, products, or anything else, we'll make sure we get it right before going live. If you still don't like your store after that, no hard feelings!
  • Depending on the Merchloop tier you select, you'll have access to reporting as frequently as you want. If you don't have access on the backend because you're using a free, Merchloop Lite store, just email us any time you'd like to take a look at reports.
