It takes anywhere from 7-10 business days on average to get your online company store live. It can be ask quick as 5 business days if you know all the products you want on your store!

Yes! You can request changes to make sure
your storefront fits your team’s needs. We also encourage seasonal product
swaps to keep your selection fresh throughout the year. Please email your edit requests to storesuccess@merchloop.com.

We have a standardized template for the Merchloop Essential stores. Rest assured it has all the basic features of a classic e-commerce experience!

We currently streamlined templates for your Merchloop Plus, Pro or Enterprise store, but we use your branding throughout to make it an extension of your brand.

Merchloop Enterprise stores can be completely customized and will require a deep dive to understand your needs. Please visit our pricing page and click the link to request a store.

We offer thousands of apparel and accessories for your on demand store! We offer t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, 1/4 zips, jackets, tank tops, backpacks, bags, drinkware and so much more! From price-conscious items to brand names like Nike, TravisMathew, The North Face and more!

Many of our customers will make bulk purchases right through the product page on their online store. Just add the quantity to your cart from the product page and a bulk price will automatically calculate in your cart. This is the perfect option for large teams to order their company swag!

We currently offer embroidery, direct to film (DTF) printing, direct laser, and UV printing for on demand apparel and accessories. All techniques used are the best decoration method for that item and used industry wide, to industry standard.

Our domestic/USA shipping costs are $5.95 per package. Mexico and Canada rates are $14.95 per package*. International shipping rates vary from $60 per package.*

*International shipments will also accrue customs, duties, and taxes based on the location they are shipping to. These will be due at receipt, by the recipient, and may vary widely based on package size, contents, shipping location and country.

Yes, absolutely! If you have a bulk order with drop shipments, please email your account manager or visit our Contact Us page and we'll take care of that for you.

There's no catch at all. You're probably wondering how we make money: from the production of the products themselves. Once your employee places an order, we print or embroider it, and charge for the production of that item. Simple as that!

Yes, you absolutely can. If you'd like to make additional revenue from your store, let us know ahead of time. We will add an additional profit to each product. Each time an order is placed, that additional revenue will go into your account.

Great question! We have a few ways of doing this, but the best way is through e-gift cards.
