Bulk discount codes
Codes are the fastest way to get a set amount of spend out to a lot of people at once. We build them on the backend of your store and hand them over for you to distribute. Two kinds to choose from.
- Single code: one code every team member can use once. The easiest to hand out, and it has to be spent in one order. Good for new hires and for quarterly or yearly gifts.
- Unique code: a different code for each person. A little more to distribute, but it does not have to be spent all at once and we can reload it at any time. Good for yearly swag budgets.
Gift cards
A gift card goes straight to the person. We build the card and put it on your store, then you or anyone on your team can buy one, enter an email address, and the store emails the code to them.
- Employee of the month: a simple way to send your top performers money to spend on the store, whether or not the program already exists.
- Quick recognition: give the whole team an easy way to say thanks and send a card to someone else, without routing it through you.
- Yearly budget: for smaller teams, a clean way to send each person their spend for the year.
Why gift through your store
One gift or ten thousand. Everything is made when it is ordered, so there is nothing to forecast and nothing left over in a closet.
The other online swag stores require a minimum annual spend. Spend $1 or $1,000,000 with us, we are cool with either.

Which one should we use, a code, a card or a credit?
Discount codes are for getting spend out to a lot of people at once. Gift cards are for sending money to one person, by email, whenever you want to recognize them. Employee credit is for someone who buys on behalf of others and needs a budget on their account. Plenty of companies run more than one at the same time.
Do we need a company store to run gifting?
Yes. Codes, gift cards and employee credit are all redeemed on your Merchloop store, and the store is free. Setup costs nothing, there are no store fees and there is no minimum annual spend. The store is what holds your approved products and artwork, which is how every gift that goes out stays on brand. If you do not have one yet, we build it for you, all we need is your logo, your brand colors and the items you want to start with.
Is there a minimum?
No. Gift one person or your whole company. Everything is produced when it is ordered, so there is no case pack to hit and nothing left over.
Can gifts ship to home addresses?
Yes. Whoever redeems enters their own address at checkout, picks their own size and style, and every order gets tracking. No chasing anyone for a size or a shipping address.
Can we control what the gift gets spent on?
Yes. Your store only carries the products you have approved, so whatever someone picks is something you already signed off on. The amount is set when we build the code, the card or the credit.
How far ahead do we need to plan a holiday or year end gift?
Tell us the date the gifts need to land and we will work back from it. Rush timelines are often possible, so ask even when the date looks tight.
