Production and Handling Time

At Merchloop.com, all our products are made to order. Due to the complex nature of on-demand production, please expect a production and handling time of 1-4 weeks, depending on the item and order size. Most orders are completed within approximately 2 weeks. However, these time frames can vary. Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been produced if the customer no longer wants them for any reason.

Shipping Costs

  • Continental US: $5.95 flat rate
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, and Canada: $14.95 flat rate
  • Global Shipping: $55 flat rate

Shipping Methods

We use UPS Ground for all shipments. At this time, we do not offer options to upgrade shipments.

Delivery Times

For orders shipped within the continental United States, the delivery time is typically between 2-6 days. Please note that our shipments originate from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Mexico can vary widely, ranging from 6-21 days.

Shipment Tracking

Once your item is shipped from our facility, you will receive shipment tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your package until it reaches its destination.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot foresee delays caused by our shipping provider due to circumstances such as acts of God. If we receive any notice of expected delays from our shipping provider, we will do our best to communicate this information to you promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

Merchloop.com cannot be held liable for shipments made to incorrect addresses if the error occurred on the customer's end at the time of order. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Lost Packages

Merchloop.com cannot be held liable for lost packages. If you suspect that your package is lost, please reach out to us at hello@merchloop.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement order.
