How do I start my store?
Fill out the store request form. It asks for your logo, your brand colors and the products you want to start with, and you can upload your artwork right in it. We take it from there.
How long does it take to get my store live?
Seven to ten business days on average. It can be as quick as two business days if you already know the products you want on your store.
What does it cost to set up?
Nothing. There are no setup fees, no store fees, no minimums and no annual spend required. You pay for what your team actually orders.
How do I pick the look of my store?
We have a standardized template for the Merchloop Lite stores. It has all the basic features of a classic ecommerce experience.
We currently offer four templates for your Merchloop Plus store. If you would like to see the four options, reach out to us at sales@stokedonprinting.com.
Merchloop Enterprise stores are completely custom builds. We can build whatever you would like.
What if I want to change something once it is open?
Reach out to our team through the contact page. Tell us what you would like changed and we complete the request within two to three business days.
How do my employees or clients get into the store?
Send them the URL. If your store is password protected, send the password along with it.
If your store is single sign on only, they sign in with their own credentials.
