Is there really no minimum?
Yes. Order one box or a thousand. Everything in the box is produced when you order it, so there is no case pack to hit and no leftover inventory sitting in a closet.
Do I need a company store to send swag boxes?
Yes. Swag boxes are sent through your Merchloop store, and the store is free. Setup costs nothing, there are no store fees and there is no minimum annual spend. The store is what holds your approved products and artwork, which is how every box that goes out stays on brand and can be reordered in a few clicks. If you do not have one yet, we build it for you, all we need is your logo, your brand colors and the items you want to start with.
What can go in a box?
Apparel, drinkware, tech, notebooks, snacks and anything else we can source. Mix top name brands like The North Face, Stanley and Yeti with cost-effective branded items, and add unbranded gifts where a logo would be the wrong call.
Can you ship to home addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of addresses, or hand out an e-gift card on your store and let each person enter their own address and pick their own size. Every box gets tracking either way.
How long does it take to get boxes out the door?
Tell us the date the boxes need to land and we will work back from it. Rush timelines are often possible, so ask even when the date looks tight.
What does a box cost?
It depends on what goes in it. Tell us your budget per box and we will build two or three options around it, including the products, the branding, the packing and the shipping.
