What happens after you hit send
Three steps, and none of them are yours to chase.
The reason you pick routes the message, so a store question does not sit in a sales inbox and an order question does not sit in either.
Not a form receipt. An answer from the person who can sort it, and a note of anything we need from you to move it along.
New store, we build it. Existing store, we fix it. Bulk order, we quote it and put it into production in house.

I already have a store with you. Where do I go?
Here is fine. Pick Help with an existing store and put the store name in the field above the message, and it goes to the account manager who looks after it. If it is about something you have already ordered, choose An order I am waiting on and give us the order number.
Can you tell me where my order is?
Yes. Send the order number and the email it was placed with. Production, decoration and fulfillment all happen in house, so an order question gets a real answer about where the job actually is rather than a supplier's guess.
Can I get a quote without setting up a store?
You can. Bulk orders are priced per piece with no minimum, and we never charge to digitize a logo or make screens. Pick A quote for a bulk order and tell us the item, the quantity and roughly when you need it, or browse the catalog to see live pricing first.
What artwork do you need from us?
A vector file is ideal, AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, and a high resolution PNG usually works. If you are not sure what you have, send it over and we will tell you. There is no artwork or setup fee either way.
We want a store. Is this the right form?
It works, and so does the store request flow, which asks the handful of things we need to start building and takes your logo with it. Either way it reaches the same team.
Where are you based?
Las Vegas, Nevada. We are a vertically integrated operation, which means the store, the decoration and the shipping are all ours, and there is no third party in the middle of an answer.
