Refund Policy

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Merchloop.com, we create on-demand products at the time they are ordered. Due to the custom nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors. Please carefully review our policy below for more details.


2. No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Errors

2.1 Examples of Customer Errors

  • Ordered incorrect size, color, or item

  • Item doesn't fit as expected

  • Changed mind or don't like the item

2.2 Reason for Policy

Our products are made specifically for each customer at the time of order. This unique process does not allow for the reselling of returned items, making it difficult for us to accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer errors.


3. Replacements for Merchloop Errors

3.1 Eligibility for Replacements

  • Sent incorrect size or item

  • Item is damaged upon arrival

  • Poor quality of print, embroidery, or decoration

3.2 Replacement Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@merchloop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
We may require photographic proof of the item before accepting your replacement request.
If a replacement request is approved, we will issue you a replacement order.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that are incorrect, damaged, or have poor quality due to a Merchloop error.

4.2 Gift Cards — No Refunds or Returns

All Gift Card purchases are final. Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, either in whole or in part. Once a Gift Card is purchased, it is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

4.3 Refund Process

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If the original payment method was a coupon, you will be issued a new coupon for the same amount.


5. 30-Day Refund Window

All claims for replacements or refunds due to a Merchloop error must be made within 30 days from the date of item delivery.


6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Cancellation requests outside of the 24-hour time window will be individually reviewed based on the order status.
We may accept a cancellation request outside the 24-hour window, but a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order total may apply.
