What does it cost to set up?
Nothing. There are no setup fees, no store fees, no minimums and no annual spend required. You pay for what your team actually orders.
How long until my store is live?
Seven to ten business days on average. It can be as quick as two business days if you already know the products you want on your store.
Do we have to buy inventory or hit a minimum?
No. Everything is produced when it is ordered, one piece at a time, so there is no bulk purchase to make and nothing to store.
How do my employees or clients get into the store?
Send them the URL. If your store is password protected, send the password with it. If your store is single sign on only, they sign in with their own credentials.
What if I want something changed once it is open?
Tell us what you would like changed and we complete the request within two to three business days. There is no charge for changes.
